Neal Gibbs

Neal Gibbs, a native of Pantego, North Carolina, has proudly called Elizabethtown home since 1999. He is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with 27 years of honorable service, bringing a lifelong commitment to leadership and community service to every role he holds. Neal is a devoted husband to Clara Gibbs, who also shares his passion for giving back through her volunteer work in the kitchen at Warm Blessings.

Together, they are the proud parents of three sons and grandparents to six grandchildren. Neal has been a dedicated volunteer at Warm Blessings for over a decade. His passion for serving others aligns perfectly with the organization’s mission, and it has provided him with a meaningful way to live out his calling to serve the community.

He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board at Warm Blessings, where his leadership, compassion, and commitment continue to make a lasting impact.
